I have a favourite site... clicknmoms! I'm just a little addicted. I can't seem to pull myself away from it - I've learnt so much about just little things to do with photography or photoshop or designing etc. I can't believe how many AMAZING websites I have found through some of the forums. I love it when other's share their inspiration, knowledge or refer you to where you can find what you're looking for....I know, I know, it takes time and effort but I'm going to try and make a little more effort to share some of things I've learnt or websites I love to visit etc.

Since Christmas is a mere 3 mths away I thought I'd share with you two sites that you can download some Christmas gift tags (or gift tags in general) and use for your presents! If you have a sticker machine you can always make them into stickers as well.

Baby W.

my nextdoor neighbour had her baby boy exactly a month after our Ava was born....he also weighed exactly the same as what Ava did...it made me realise how big she had already grown!

I have so many favourites from this newborn shoot...I just couldn't narrow it down any further! so sorry for the photo overload! :)

Ava Grace...

....so most of you know by now that I had my baby...she was born 31st July weighing 6pd 7ounces...my smallest yet.

Ava was born with Down Syndrome. Although it was unexpected, having grown up around a few Down Syndrome kids, I was excited for the difference she would make to our little family. She was in NICU for 2 weeks...she's now home with us and doing well, although there will be ongoing medical checkups with her heart condition. We are very excited to have her as part of our little family and her big brother and sister absolutely adore her! I've included two of my favourite photos of her - unfortunately by the time she came home she was too alert to do one of those nice peaceful sleeping shots that you see of newborns!! She wasn't having a bar of it!

So I found a website about a year or so ago... one that totally inspires me - instead of making me want to EAT - makes me want to pull my camera out....but I LOVE getting ideas for parties here...I find Amy Atlas's work amazing!! Go take a look!

Bad Blogger...

I've been a really bad blogger the last few months! I haven't been doing a lot of photography work as my pregnancy has been somewhat on the more difficult side! The morning sickness eased off by 20 weeks only to leave me with pregnancy induced carpel tunnel syndrome...so that kinda puts a limit on how much work I can do...some days my hands co-operate and some days they don't...but the good news is....I only have 10 weeks left!!!!! YAY!!!

So here is a bit of the work I have done in the last month...VERY cute family and their little 2 yr old was quite entertaining!

I will be doing some more work for 'Make it Perfect' in the next month, although the patterns will be released in the coming 6mths...I will keep you updated with their release dates!

the new donna hay general store opened it's doors last week...and my friend and i went to take a look the first chance we got!

after visiting the donna hay store we paid bills a visit and ate at his darlinghurst restaurant... delicious food for a very affordable price!!! i came home very satisfied!
